ABOUT OUR PERSONAL TRAINING

Specialising in body weight training, our sessions don't require any equipment (unless you want them to). We can improve your endurance, strength, mobility & how you feel all by using your body weight as a source of resistance.

We offer face-to-face sessions in and around Huddersfield, but can go online if you are further afield.

  • Office workers

  • People in demanding jobs (can combine with manual handling training)

​I had never taken personal training before, so I was kind of nervous about starting, but Seonaidh put in a lot of work to tailor our sessions to my schedule and physical ability. We've made a lot of progress in our first block of sessions, I feel so much more confident about working out solo, and can't wait to get cracking on our next block!
