ABOUT OUR PERSONAL TRAINING
Specialising in body weight training, our sessions don't require any equipment (unless you want them to). We can improve your endurance, strength, mobility & how you feel all by using your body weight as a source of resistance.
We offer face-to-face sessions in and around Huddersfield, but can go online if you are further afield.
